COCKTAILS

Dandelion and honey 18
Dandelion Havana 3 yr Rum, Wray and Nephew, honey, lemon, egg white and bitters. Shaken and served up.

Mandarin and tarragon 17
Martell VS Cognac, Aperol, Manawa Sauvignon Blanc, mandarin, tarragon and mole bitters shaken and served over ice.

Rose and lemon 15
Lighthouse Gin, rose syrup, lemon and topped with prosecco.

Snap peas and beetroot 18
Wyborowa Vodka, snap pea infused Lillet Blanc, beetroot, lemon bitters and elderflower. Served up like a martini.

The Mandarin and Tarragon also makes a refreshing mocktail with a few tweaks and adjustments.
