Reid + Reid Native Gin, Beefeater Gin, salted pickle juice, honey, lime, Benedictine and eggwhite. Served with cherry and a seaweed powder.

Seville & Naval 19
Linie Akvavit, Gunpowder rum, orange, orgeat, Amontillado Sherry and lime. Served with anchovy and olives.

Old Fashioned Endurance 21
Aberlour 12yr Whisky, Martell V.S Cognac, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur and bitters. Served over a block of ice.

Robert Fitzroy 19
Thomson Manuka Smoke Whisky, Chivas Extra Whisky, Elemental Blackberry and Balsamic Bitters and Reid + Reid Red Vermouth.

The Mermaid Sapphire also makes a refreshing mocktail with a few tweaks and adjustments.
